What requirements should the reducer meet?

(1) The positional deviation between the centerline of the reducer and the reference centerline should not exceed 3 mm.

(2) The fixation of equipment legs is usually carried out by welding with embedded parts, and the welding height should be equal to the thickness of the thinnest welded part.

(3) When installing the host, the plane of the turntable is horizontal, and the parallelism between the turntable and the bottom surface is 2m M/m. At this point, first spot weld the host and basic embedded parts, and then conduct comprehensive testing.

(4) When installing the slider bracket and RAM, the inner and outer sliders as well as the turntable should be vertical, and the platform should have flexibility. When the firing pin falls, the distance between the lower part and the turntable is about 16mm.
